WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE RULES CHANGED
Microsoft is will stand on it promise to stop windows 10 free upgrades after 29 of July,Microsoft made the upgrade to windows 10 free since its release reason being nobody knows but some sources say that it was trying by all means to avoid the same scenario with windows 8 failing to perform as expecting.

Last week Microsoft announced that starting from 31 July 2016 it will start charging $119 in order to upgrade to windows 10,just recently Microsoft made an exception for technologies.
Making Windows 10 upgrades free for a year has done exactly that. Microsoft now claims 300M Windows 10 activations have taken place in just 10 months. That’s the fastest adoption of any Windows operating system in history – even slightly ahead of monster hit Windows 7.

Senior Program Manager Daniel Hubbell explained on Microsoft Developer blog;
“As you may have heard, the free Windows 10 upgrade offer for customers running Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 is set to end on July 29, but we want to clarify that that deadline will *not* apply to customers who use assistive technologies. We are continuing to deliver on our previously-shared vision for accessibility for Windows 10 and we are committed to ensuring that users of assistive technologies have the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 10 for free as we do so.”
